I love Quaker. This is one of my favorite places in general. They are so nice and efficient, and the food is so consistent and delicious. The bartenders and servers are wonderful.
When I was a teenager I learned to love the original location. Where I live is hours away from the nearest location so it remains a rare treat for me. I visited home for the holidays with my family this year, and we stayed near this location. 7 of us went last night… and it was a great experience. Atmosphere was fun, food was great… from appetizers to burgers to dessert… and of those awesome wings… all was really good. One highlight… the service here was incredible. As we were arriving, one couple commented to us on their party's way out what fantastic service they had. They were right! Our waitress, Lauren, especially is to be mentioned and commended. We are not an easy group to wait on. Lauren was excellent… going beyond just good service, she paid uncommon attention to detail… especially that of our children. It is rare I have seen such service and capacity. She really made our experience. Then on the way out when we mentioned Lauren to the manager, we found him again to be excellent and receptive. Well done Quaker Steak and Lube Austintown! Some of the other franchise visits over the years have shown themselves lacking and then closed, which made me sad knowing how great the original was. This location has stepped up and is carrying on the tradition of great food, and dare I say with people like Lauren and the kind young manager we spoke to, is perhaps surpassing them in service. ( never thought I’d say that last line!). Great job… and thank you for taking care of my family and being part of a good trip home! Thank you Lauren!
Just left there .... our family just had a graduation party for 30 people and took very good care of us... I want to give a shout to Luna she was our server .... she gave us the best service you could ask for our drinks were full and the food was hot great job... when I go back again we're asking for her...thanks
After getting zero service at the Salem restaurant, we made our way to Austintown, whose service was totally on the opposite end of the spectrum here. We got seated quickly, waited on quickly, got our drinks, and placed our order. The food was out quick and very good. Our server, Sara, was awesome!!! She was very attentive and always made sure we didn't need anything. 👍👍
My daughter and I stopped here for dinner after a very long drive. We had never heard of this place, but it looked fun, and it was close to our hotel, so we gave it a go. Our server put us at ease right away, making us feel at home and as if we could take our time there. The burgers we had were out of this world delicious-- juicy, hot and all the toppings were perfect. The fries were wonderful, too, but I hate to admit that I almost ignored them in favor of the burger! The decor is fun to look at, and the atmosphere is energized, but still relaxing. I don't know how they do it, but they did! We had a great time, and we would definitely return!
Food looked great from peoples orders. I just met a fellow employee for room key. He said he's eaten at one before, and it's all good here, whatever you order. It's awesome decor inside. Kids and adults will enjoy looking at all the decor. The server and bartender greeted me when I entered. Professional amd friendly right off. I might go here later to eat. I just ate a bit ago.
I loved the auto racing theme. My son and I were surprised to see the race car kids box that his meal came in. That was so cool. My steak was cooked well and was nicely seasoned. My son loved his grilled cheese.

This place is great. Got a bacon cheeseburger and salad. Staff here is amazing. They have a drive thru for pickups. Food is really good with large portions. Will be back
